Refund Policy

Cancellation refunds
Refunds are automatic and follow the time remaining to your session start:

Companion cancellations and no-shows
If your companion cancels — at any time — you are refunded 100%, and the cancellation counts against their reliability record. A companion no-show refunds you in full and triggers a penalty on the companion's account.
Disputes
Companion payouts release 4 hours after both parties confirm the session ended. If you report a serious issue within that window, the payout is held while a human reviews the case — typically within 4 hours. Refund decisions from disputes are made case by case and communicated in writing.
Membership fees
This policy covers booking payments only. Buddyly membership fees (Terms §6) are non-refundable and non-transferable except where a refund is required by law — including if you don't complete verification, don't place or receive any bookings, or stop using the platform. Unused membership time carries no cash value.
How refunds are paid
Refunds return to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. Accounts banned for Terms violations forfeit refunds, as stated in the Terms of Service.
