Response timelines
- Acknowledgement of your complaint: within 24 hours.
- Resolution or a written status update: within 15 days.
- Safety reports inside the product have a separate, faster path — a human triages every in-app report within 4 hours.
What to include
Your registered phone number or email, the booking ID if relevant, what happened, and what outcome you're seeking. The more specific the complaint, the faster the resolution.
If you're not satisfied
If our response doesn't resolve your grievance, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023, or pursue other remedies available under Indian law. Nothing in our process limits those rights.
