The spirit of Buddyly
Buddyly exists so nobody has to do things alone — a movie, a gym session, a wedding where you know no one. It works because both sides can trust the person across the table. These guidelines are how that trust survives contact with reality.
Be exactly who your profile says
Your photos, age, and bio must be yours and current. Companions pass identity verification; users owe the same honesty even without the paperwork.
Respect the line
Every booking is platonic. Don't test the boundary — no flirting “to see”, no comments on bodies, no requests to continue the night somewhere private. The other person should never have to manage your intentions.
Keep everything in-app
Chat, payment, and scheduling stay on Buddyly until you've met — that's what makes the safety net real. Asking for someone's number, Instagram, or cash payment before a first session is a violation, and our systems flag it.
Show up, on time, sober
Cancellations hurt real people's plans and earnings. Cancel early if you must, be punctual, and arrive in a state you'd be comfortable explaining to the safety team.
Rate honestly, report fast
Ratings keep quality high in both directions — inflating or weaponising them breaks the system for everyone. If something felt wrong, report it; a human reviews every report within 4 hours, and reporting in good faith is never penalised.
